Before fully dedicating himself to football, Mandefro spent two years as a professional gym trainer, gaining deep expertise in fitness, strength conditioning, and sports nutrition. Over the past six years, he has built a reputation as a respected football coach, known for developing teams that are technically sharp, mentally strong, and relentlessly attacking. His personal coaching philosophy — “The Honey Badger” — embodies his belief in fearless, aggressive, and warrior-like football. Inspired by the honey badger’s courage and determination, Mandefro instills in his players a mindset of never backing down, regardless of the opponent or situation.
